| Annotation |
The paper deals with the reflection of the social function of criminal law through an integrative model. The analysis of social functions realization features in the formation of the concept of the criminal offense, the rule of the state of singularity and posttruth in criminal law power impact, the problems of the existence of criminal non law as the system of prohibitions, contrary to internationally recognized human rights and freedoms, is done. |
