| Annotation | In the article the regimes of administrative and legal regulations of medical care provision, in particular, voluntary, obligatory and compulsory treatments, are described. The regimes of the relations between a patient and medical personnel, patient’s stay in a medical facility, the production, approbation, realization, storage and usage of medicines (drugs) etc. are analyzed. They are controlled by many branches of law, among which the rules of administrative law are dominant. It is necessary to include in this system the legal norms, which regulate certain regimes, and constitute an important part of the mechanism of legal regulation in the process of reformation of the health care system in Ukraine. |
