Annotation | This article presents an actual understanding of the constitution as a system of institutions that serve the real basis of social and political system. Central elements of such institutions are customary practices that act in winning and use of political power in society. There are highlighted state-centered and sociocentric approaches to the study of actual constitution. The authour outlined that the development of the theory of actual constitution requires uniting efforts of representatives of relatively independent sciences (constitutional law, political science, sociology, anthropology, cultural studies, etc.) and number of areas that are interdisciplinary (constitutional sociology, sociology of constitutional law, anthropology of law, sociology of politics, cratology, sociology of morality, economic sociology, etc.). |
