The different periods are analyzed in the clause maintenance of the constitutionaladjustment of the organization of executive power. It is with that end in view consideredpositions of program documents of the Ukrainian batches and the acts of the constitutional valuepublished in 1917–1920; laws on modification and additions in the Constitution (Fundamentallaw), accepted in 1991–1994; the Constitutional Agreement of 1995, and also official projectsof the Constitution of Ukraine, published in 1992–1996. It is accented that, despite perceptionof base values of the constitutionalism, the offered model of the organization of the government,in particular the authorities executive, assumed hypertrophied on the volume and the maintenancethe status of the President of Ukraine. It is specified on «hybrid form of government which hasin the mid-nineties developed in Ukraine and as a matter of fact imitated certain linesof presidential republic and the mixed republican form.
