| Annotation | The scientific article is devoted to theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of interaction between civil society and the social state. The factors demonstrating the relevance of public legal regulation of civil society institutions are identified. In particular, special attention is paid to the role of the state as guarantor of the development of civil society. At the same time it is ascertained that there are certain contradictions in the implementation of the state social policy and the functioning of civil society. A «moderate etatism» concept is suggested as one of the directions for overcoming contradictions, where the state bears responsibility for the condition of minimum standards of social-economic security of the citizens. The attention is focused on the importance of consolidating the efforts of the social state and civil society. The creation of state institutions, which would patronize the interaction between the state and civil society, could be one of the organizational-legal steps. The author suggested state service for the civil society cooperation development, activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Minister of justice of Ukraine. |
