| Annotation | The article examines the nature of modern civil society, its status, specificity and developments in Ukraine, the causes of stagnation as in the formation of civil society as a whole and its individual institutions. Much attention is paid to the problem of the relationship and interaction between civil society and democratic social state law, the role of democracy in ensuring the efficiency of the interaction of these two political institutions. Proposed is the strategy for further development of civil society and main directions of its implementation in the political, legal, economic, social, national, cultural and spiritual spheres. |
