The article analyzes the content of obligations’ relations with the help of thesystem-structural method of investigation. The expediency of application in the civil law of thecategory «relations of obligations» is substantiated. The structuring of the content of obligations’relations is carried out. The elements of the content of the structure of obligations relations aresingled out, the correlation between them being considered.
