In the clause rates of the current legislation of Ukraine are analyzed inconnection with coming into force of the Law of Ukraine «About National police» and reformingof law-enforcement sector of the mechanism of the government. On the basis of the conductedresearch the conclusion that the police and law-enforcement bodies cannot be perceived as apart and whole as it is two different enforcement authorities becomes. In this connection thecurrent legislation demands changes, first of all procedural rules which regulate application byrelevant organs of measures of the state compulsion, in particular in criminal and is administrativeand tort processes. Noted changes will provide constancy, consistency of system of law of thecountry, and also harmonizes the legislation of Ukraine.
