In the clause are considered topical issue of the constitutional adjustmentin executive power sphere. It is noticed that in modern Ukraine the model of the organisation ofthe power has been created, similar existing in the majority of other Post-Soviet countries in thebeginning. This model is changed on the basis of the Law of Ukraine from December, 8th, 2004«About modification of Constitutions of Ukraine» which are established competencyinterrelations between the Verhovna Rada, the President of Ukraine and the Cabinetof Ministers of Ukraine, testifing about loan of basic institutes of the European parliamentarism.And also, it is stated that under the maintenance of this Law executive power, its systemdeformed, and refined the form of the state board looks like a hybrid of the Post-Soviet formwhich only imitates the mixed republican form and assumes domination of the president inexecutive power sphere, and parliamentarism elements. It is formulated a number of offers onimprovement of the constitutional adjustment in corresponding sphere.
