| Annotation | This paper examines the state of the current system of governance as a specific activity of state bodies having overbearing nature and involves organizing and administrative impact on facilities management through the implementation of certain powers. The author outlined the current problems of organizational and legal support for the operation of the system; identified the key trends and ways to improve it at this stage in terms of decentralization of governance and reform of local government. Much attention is paid to highlighting the role and importance of legal means of public administration as the most important form of state management and control of activities and tool consolidation and functioning of the organizational structure of public administration. The author formulated and justified a number of scientific statements regarding the rationalization of public administration, as well as recommendations for improving the legal support management activities. |
