| Annotation | The controversial questions of formation and development of municipal law as an independent branch of the national law of Ukraine are analyzed in the article. Axiological dimension is revealed in the understanding of the subject matter of modern municipal law. The role and importance of municipal legal orientations in the process of social activity of the individual in the system of modern municipalism are shown. The dialectical connection between the municipalizm formation in modern Ukraine and implementation of the principles of local self-government is shown. It is proved that the importance of axiological study of municipal law is determined by the needs of local self-government development in general as well as the need to develop methodological approaches to the understanding of modern municipalizm. |
