| Annotation | The article is an invitation to wide scientific discussion related to the prospects for reformation of constitutional regulation of judicial power in Ukraine. The author covers problems of theoretical basis of judicial power. Analyzed are the issues in the unity of judicial power and integrity of the court system. The problem issues of direct democracy during realization and organization of judicial power, status of judges are covered. The author substantiates the approach regarding decentralization of judicial power by introduction of local world courts. It is foreseen that formation of world justice in Ukraine must enter procedures of reconciliation and mediation. A question on a place and role of the office of public prosecutor in provision of constitutional legality, prospects for reformation of this legal institute is covered in the article. |
