| Annotation | The article examines the views of lawyers and economists on the confines of state legal regulation of the economy in its various fields (in the perspective of an interdisciplinary approach). Basing upon reference, scientific and educational publications — the concepts «limit» and «legal limit» are revealed. The lack of identity between the concepts of «legal regulation» and «state legal regulation» is proved. The definitions of «state legal regulation of economy» are formulated in the article. The concept of foreign economists as for the degree of state intervention in the economy is disclosed in the historical sequence. The confines of regulation of the economy — objective and subjective, domestic and external — are discussed. Instability of confines of economic regulation in space and time is marking (transitional economy, economic crisis) is noted. The author emphasized the deterrent of state in its infinite intervention in the economy is efficient and real Constitution. The proposition is: to develop a concept of improvement of the legislation of Ukraine, that is regulating the market economy, as well as focus on the economic model of the formation and maintenance of social equilibrium in society. |
