Annotation | The article deals with the classifications of law proposed by the legal science in determining the types of law as such, and law in general. It is substantiated that none of the existing theories and other dichotomous classifications of law does not meet the logical requirements of the specific eligibility, does not lead to specific concepts of law. The author gives a critical perspective on existing classifications of law. The classification attribute, which is the logical basis of division general concept of the right to types, is analyzed in the article. According to this criterion it is suggested to divide law into types, which are primitive law, legal rights and humanistic law. It is specified on methodological mistake of most theorists of law that occurs in determining its overall concept. |
