| Annotation | The article deals with the legal problems of agrarian policy of Ukraine. It is indicated that the economic model of social relations in the agricultural sector should create and justify economists and jurists should apply on an economic model of legal shell and create a system of legal support of political, economic concepts and related tasks with new state and legal forms. Further improvement of agricultural policy in Ukraine is possible through publicprivate partnerships. This is a new form of joint management in agriculture, government, public, cooperative and private producers. The basis of such a partnership can make public or communal or cooperative farms, which contracted as state or municipal enterprises and individuals. |
