Annotation | The article studies the role of applicable law in international commerce arbitration. The concepts of applicable law, governing law, decisive law, proper law are analyzed. It is based on the methodology of legal interpretivism, backed by R. Dworkin. The author proposes and specifies the new notions of applicable governing law and applicable law of interpretation. According to the author, these concepts should be used in texts of arbitration agreements. |
