Annotation

On the basis of the analysis of international legal standards of protection of judges from inadequate pressure in the clause the general characteristic of rates of the legislation of the Post-Soviet countries regulating questions of protection of judges from threats, arriving in their address in connection with accomplishment of professional obligations by them moves. The maintenance of concepts «inadequate pressure upon judges», «independence of justice» and «impartiality of justice» reveals. On an example of the legislation of Republic Poland the mechanism of protection of the judge from inadequate pressure about revealing of general and especial lines with corresponding procedures in the Post-Soviet countries is shined. Practical and theoretical value of the experience of protection of judges acquired in the Post Soviet countries from inadequate pressure for enhancement of similar rates and corresponding mechanisms in national system of law of Ukraine is established.
