The article is devoted to criminal-legal research military security. Military security considered as a social good, through the prism which is explaining the essence of the generic object of military crimes. Author substantiates the connection between order of military service, which norms of section XIX of the Criminal Code of Ukraine protects, and military security. The author also proposes to include military security in the list of object of criminal-legal protection (Part 1 of Article 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
