The Article is continuation of articles devoted to development of the theory of the law on the basis of the analysis of modern crisis of law understanding critics of dogmatic theories from positions of dialectic methodology. In it the critical estimation of so-called dualism of law understanding, it is emerging that the gnoseological nature of this phenomenon in the history of legal thought is given. Alternatively to dualism of law understanding the method of an ascension from abstract to concrete and its value for scientific knowledge of the law is characterised.
