| Annotation | This article examines the theoretical and practical problems of research methodology of constitutional justice in Ukraine: the historical process of forming a modern methodology, the role of philosophical method in the study of constitutional justice and development prospects of innovative methodologies. Particular emphasis is given to the evolution of the methodology of science of constitutional law in Ukraine during the years of its independence and the establishment of the methodology for the doctrine of constitutional justice. The author reveals the contents of the difficulties and contradictions of this evolutionary process, as well as the achieved results and the problems of development. Important role in the analysis is also given to philosophical research methods of constitutional justice and justification of proposals on the author’s vision of the content of innovation methodology for such studies based on advanced development of this methodology and programming the subject of investigation with its help. In the conclusions and proposals the author draws the theoretical conclusions of the research and offers a range of organizational and scientific activities aimed at mainstreaming research methodology of constitutional justice in Ukraine. |
