| Annotation |
Based on the analysis of international legal documents and the decisions of the governing bodies of the EU the author investigates the legal principles to guarantee the employment of the people in a globalized economy and the states’ cooperation in combating the unemployment. The author researched the contemporary approaches to the legal regulation of the relations on the use of persons’ labor through the reorientation of the international community in implementing to this sphere of so-called norms of greater flexibility that would make the interests of all participants in labor relations highly protected and create enough opportunities to achieve full and productive employment. There were expressed the recommendations on further improvement of the legal provision of labor relations for all employees regardless of the legal facts on which these relations emerged. The most important principles on which the labor law is based are offered to set as the basis for systematization of the legal norms that will regulate the relations. The author concluded that in the nearest future we might expect the emergence of a new in complex formation in the system of national law — the employment law, whose core should be the labor law. |
