| Annotation | The article is devoted to methodological questions of researching Christian legal tradition. Aspects of Christianity influence on European legal systems studying are denoted. Necessity of Christian vision of fundamental European legal values (rule of law, human rights, democracy etc.) researching is argued. The author also pays attention to the subject of this research, problems of its epistemology, categories etc. Need of researching of Christian churches’ and communities’ practice in legal sphere as an important source of Christian legal tradition is argued. It is shown how religious practices can correct or help to overcome outdated religious doctrines. |
