| Annotation | The article is devoted to the research of the system of the alternative methods of commercial dispute resolution and to their classification according to different criteria. The term «classification» is analyzed and as a result the definition of «the classification of the alternative methods of commercial dispute resolution» is made. The traditional classification of the alternative methods of dispute resolution is examined, dividing them into basic and combined. The author provides the identification of the non-domestic methods. With help of the international and national experience, the existing classification of the alternative dispute resolution is given. The study shows the process of choosing non-state method for resolving a commercial dispute. |
