The article deals with the problem of creating a science-based and most complete and universal classification of legal behavior. The classification of legal behavior has been considered according to the following criteria: general and theoretical features, objective features and the features of subjectivity. Distribution of legal behavior in accordance with the general and theoretical features is classified by subject of legal regulation depending on the legal consequences that the subject of realization wants to reach and by the field of public relations. Distribution of legal behavior according to objective features is carried out by the external display and the spheres of life. Distribution of legal behavior according to the features of subjectivity is divided according to the number of subjects, by the subjects: by the nature (content), by the internal psychological attitude. Kinds of legal behavior depending on the intensity of the rights performance (active, normal and mixed, considering psychological factors) have been displayed.
