Article is end of a cycle of the publications devoted to the dialectic theory of law («Law of Ukraine» № 3–5 for 2016). In it the general logical structure and the most basic provisions of the dialectic theory of law is lit, at the same time those essential moments in research of the law to which in the history of legal thought theorists did not pay attention are noted, and also positions of scientists-lawyers on single questions of law understanding are critically estimated.
