The article reveals the meaning of a systematic approach to constitutional law. The need for a systematic method to study problems of constitutional law system of Ukraine is legitimate, because with this method is determined not only of meeting the branch system in the national legal system and the national legal system as a whole, but also clarified the role and place of each element of the system and the nature and characteristics of their interaction with each other. It follows that such constitutional property rights as consistency, eventually allows to distinguish elements (instrumental blocks) and determine their functionality throughout the legal system as a whole.
