This article concentrates on examination of algorithmic structure of customs bodies and subdivisions which are contained under supervision of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. It has been proven that brand new strategy and tactics determination of development of state customs sphere has a global character. Modern trends of universal development set up new tasks and requirements for structural reconstruction and reformation of customs branch, considering the importance of integration into world trading space. In this regard, there is a necessity of finding suitable model of functioning of system of subjects that perform customs procedures. It has been established that during the process of fast transformations of Ukrainian legislation related to state custom procedures and searching for the most appropriate model of exercising customs procedures the actual dissolution of customs bodies in the system of State Fiscal service appeared. It has been pointed out that customs procedures are exercised in various ways by all elements of the system of bodies and subdivisions within their powers which are contained under supervision of state Fiscal Service. The structure of customs bodies and subdivisions which are contained under supervision of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine have been discovered based on analysis of current Ukrainian legislation related to state customs procedures. Besides, author focused on the problem of creation of analogs of subdivisions of AntiTerrorism Contraband Enforcement Team. It have also been proven that innovations and initiatives of operational and functional reformation of system of State Fiscal Service and its structures have to be performed on the basis of complex and systematical methods and not based on reformative projects within boarders of particular experimental range.
