The article contains the analysis of the process of realization of criminal procedure standards and the correlation of it with the process of realization of criminal standards. Also the article contains the conclusion of that fact the participant of a legal criminal procedure relationships that have his own interest in the case can use the criminal procedure standards without any relationships with the participant who does control of the process of investigation. The author proved scientifically that criminal procedure is the system of the separate independent processes of realization of criminal procedure standards by the all participant of criminal process.
