In the clause in a context of modern approaches to law understanding of the status and the legal nature of resolutions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, judgments of cassation instance accepted in the course of revision is analyzed, and also validity of reference of legal conclusions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on such affairs to sources of law s researched.
