| Abstract | The article shows the requirements of the Ukrainian Land Code, and describes the problematic aspects of the regulation of land relations in Ukraine. The publication shows the scientific review of main works modern representatives of land law science in Ukraine. The genesis of the Ukrainian land legislation is demonstrated and the consolidating role of land law in the system of related spheres of law is defined. |
