Annotation | The article investigates the notion of state functions and the main approaches to its classification in Georg Jellinek’s law theory. The author analyses main directions of G. Jellinek’s critics of the state functions theory which interprets them as state management industries. G. Jellinek’s system of state functions is characterized, the relationship between «normal» and «extraordinary» functions of the state is analyzed. |
