The legal regulation of part-time employment by the acts of International Labour Organization and the Europen Union, legislation of Ukraine and legislation of foreign countries are researched in the article. Proposals are made regarding improvement of current labor legislation, the draft Labour Code of Ukraine concerning strengthening of protection of rights and interests of workers employed part-time, taking into consideration international and European labour standards, foreign legislative experience.
