The study raised the question of human rights in the European Union. We analyze the value and harmonization of national provisions of the Member States of the EU regulations in the field of human rights. The author examines the regulation of the legal profession in the European Union. Argued that the European market legal services should be based on free market principles, «healthy» competition, access to exercise the profession in the various Member States.
