| Annotation | The notion of criminal responsibility, principles and the basis of criminal responsibility have been studied in the article. Within the latter factual conditions (committing socially dangerous action by the subject) and legal conditions (presence of elements of crime in the committed action) have been separated. Their combination makes united and complex normative legal foundation of criminal responsibility. The notions «socially dangerous action», «elements of crime» have been analyzed; offers as for the improvement of Article 2 of the Criminal Code related to foundation of criminal responsibility have been formulated. |
