| Annotation | The concept of general jurisdiction on the modern stage of the system of justice development is investigated in the article. It was proved, that general jurisdiction is not a complex of separate judicial jurisdictions taking into account the fact that they are independent, organizationally separated, structured, multilevel systems of respective specialized courts. |
