| Annotation | In this article the Law of Ukraine «On the Judicial System and Status of Judges» is analyzed, which, according to the author, did not solve any of the problems of the Ukrainian crisis of justice and organization of the judiciary in Ukraine, but rather strengthened existing and added new ones. The author focuses on the specific provisions of the current Law on the Judiciary, which form and deepen the shortcomings of the judicial system of Ukraine. The necessity to look for ways, means and methods of improving the judicial system through constitutional and current legislation is pointed out. |
