| Abstract | The author analyzes the correlation between such terms as «invalidity», «illegality», «loss of contract», and the possibility of applying them to transactions. The conception of relative invalid transactions and the effect of their relative invalidation have been considered. The expedience of implementing relative invalidity of transactions in the Ukrainian legislation has also been studied. |
