In the article, the content of the phenomenon of judicial reform information policy is theoretically analyzed. The author understands hereunder a system of measures and tools aimed at formation, storage, distribution and use of positive information about the judicial reform. It is noted that an appropriate level of public awareness about the judicial reform’s goals, objectives and content is one of the key factors of the reform’s success. Based on the analysis results, the aims of the information policy and its subject-object structure are determined, and its resources are differentiated. The importance of, and the necessity for, using public relations technology in the judicial system are emphasized. As a result, it is concluded that competent and effective information policy is a key to success of judicial reform and evolution of the judiciary and civil society.
