| Annotation | The state of affairs in Ukraine regarding the execution of the decisions of the Head of State is described. The article is aimed at developing proposals for ensuring the constitutional provision on the mandatory acts of the President of Ukraine. The author suggests the examples of defying some administrative (nonlegislative) acts of the President of Ukraine by officials. Some additional legislative and institutional measures to improve the quality of execution of the decisions of the president were proposed. According to the author, one of these guarantees can act as a special disciplinary or criminal liability of the offender. Moreover, the practice of enhancing the publicity in standardsetting activities of the President of Ukraine will be seen as the advantage. |
