| Annotation | This article is focused on the problematic issues of administrative law sources in selected foreign countries. The study highlights main features and trends in the administrative law sources in the legal system of civil law; the retrospective history of the administrative law sources of Italy, France and Germany is under investigation herein as well. Some conclusions on the impact and characteristics of the administrative law sources are made with regard to the formation of public authorities (in particular, specialized courts). Generalizations are made regarding the legal act as the main administrative law source in the legal system of civil law. |
