| Annotation | The article is aimed at exploringthe value ofprivatelawprinciples of entrepreneurialrelationsregulation. The authorassumesthat the principlesof legal regulation of entrepreneurship are taken determinative alongside with the systemforming (the object and method) principles for development ofan adequate mechanism forlegal regulationof entrepreneurialrelations. It is defined that public principles are not applied directly to the property relations, but only provide for appliance of the privatelaw principles to them. The author defines correlation between the privatelaw and public principlesof regulation of entrepreneurship. It is concluded that the public principles are not directly applied to the property entrepreneurialrelations, however provide for applicability of the privatelaw principles to the latter. The unreasonableness of duplication of private law rules in the civil and economic proceedings is underlined. |
