| Annotation | The article deals with phenomena of the state and the public body as well as the importance of division of power in terms of different forms of government. The integrated phenomena of state, public and national sovereignty are considered, contemporary interpretation of state sovereignty in relation to the existence of supranational organizations, in particular the European Union, and the practice of so-called delegation of sovereign rights are analised. The attention is focused on the content and role of direct and representative democracy. |
