| Annotation | The article substantiates the thesis of the existence of the urban legal system as a separate level of the law being. Parametric general theory of systems has been applied to the analysis of the urban legal system. The concept, structure and substrate of the urban legal system were highlighted. The concept of the urban legal system is shown to be the integrity and coherence of the city as a social phenomenon. The substrate of the urban legal system is presented by an urban legal space. The structure of the urban legal system is presented by the status, regulatory, institutional, functional, communicative and ideological subsystems. |
