| Annotation | Criminal procedure mechanism for property and personal non-property rights protection as well as legitimate interests of victims of criminal offences and other socially dangerous acts adjusted by new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (2012) are analyzed in the article. The author characterizes not only the evolvements of the mentioned mechanism of procedural regulation compared to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (1960), but also its shortcomings and highlights the possible reserves for its evolvement. |
