| Annotation | Problem issues in application of norms of new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine are considered in the article. The author provides statistical data of the main investigation department on the first results of application of certain provisions of the new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Attention is focused on typical procedural infringements, in applying the provisions of the new code of Ukraine by bodies of pre-trial investigation. The author suggests several amendments to the relevant provisions of the new criminal procedure legislation in order to increase efficiency of activities by bodies of pre-trial investigation. |
