| Annotation | The article is devoted to identification of key tasks the methodology of scientific research in constitutional law faces at the current stage. The formation of postpositivistic instruments of research of constitutional and legal phenomena, institutions and relationships are among them. These tasks also provide for more efficient application of knowledge in other sciences as well as ensuring compliance of methodology of constitutional law with current global trends and challenges. Moreover, the methodology of constitutional law is to ensure action-oriented research. Human rights, securing human rights and freedoms (humanization of Ukrainian constitutionalism) shall be a continuing trend of the relevant work. |
