| Annotation | Mediation conflict resolution is analysed as a means to prevent unjust administrative court decision. The article considers mediation as a conflict settlement procedure. The mediation is aimed at identification and application of just conflict settlement measure by the parties of a conflict on the basis of mutual concessions and mutual recognition. The article states complimentary measures to evade unjust decision such as mediation, judge actions aimed at reconciliation of the parties, compulsory mediation, legal determination of discretionary powers of public authorities in mediation. |
