| Annotation | The article is devoted to the research of theoretical and legal bases of administrative justice in Ukraine in the context of identification of lacunas and imperfections of the legal regulation and theoretical guaranteeing and granting proper motions. The attention is accented on: imperfection of the terminological apparatus of the Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine; special features of realization of some principles of administrative justice; definition of the content and essence of the public-legal dispute; distribution of competence between courts of administrative and other jurisdictions; questions of cognizance cases to the administrative courts; administrative procedural juridical personality of the parties of administrative procedure; procedural periods. Special attention is devoted to the question of special features of administrative-procedural status of the subject of authoritative credentials. |
