| Annotation | This article is devoted to the analysis of general tendencies of the constitutional regulation of the form of the government. The evolution of regulatory consolidation of the form of the government, as well as the methodology of constitutional regulation of the form of the government in modern countries belonging to different legal systems and being at different levels of political and legal development are investigated in the article. The author elucidated the correspondence of the constitutional consolidation of the form of the government in Ukraine to the modern world standards. |
