| Annotation | In the article issues of logic of linguistic constructions in law, stylistic technique and polysemy of legal terms are studied. The author emphasizes the need to clarify formulation of legal orders, use relevant linguistic material. Given the example of civil legal texts the inexpediency of using one term to describe different concepts is shown and methods of dealing with such situations in the application of legal norms are identified. |
